FAQs
Do external reviewers and clients need a paid seat? Never. Share links are free and unlimited on Studio and Enterprise. External viewers can comment and view without an account.
Can I switch tiers later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any renewal. Data is never deleted on downgrade, just access-gated until you re-upgrade.
Is there a free trial? Waitlist members get a 14-day Studio trial at launch. After that, the Free tier remains available permanently.
What does “pay for 9 months” mean? Annual plans are billed at 9 months’ equivalent, giving you 3 months free compared to monthly billing.
What’s the council discount? Verified .gov.uk email addresses get the Council Practitioner rate: £2,250/yr (22% off). Available on Practitioner and Studio.
How is billing arranged? Pricing is indicative ahead of launch. Plans are arranged with the team, invoiced annually, while online payment is being set up. All prices are GBP excluding VAT.
