Resilient world.
Better future.
Extending the reach of science for lasting nature gain.

Our Services
We offer an end-to-end service guided by the Kew Method, spanning baseline assessment, climate-informed design and implementation, species sourcing, long-term monitoring and capacity building. Our full lifecycle approach ensures every project is credible, resilient and delivers measurable nature gain.
Landscape Restoration
We restore degraded landscapes into resilient ecosystems that lock in biodiversity, carbon and long-term value. We de-risk nature-based projects through robust design, seed science and long-term monitoring, maximising survival rates and investor confidence.

What we offer:
-
Baseline ecological diagnostics and site assessments
-
Seed sourcing and propagation through the Millennium Seed Bank
-
Soil and fungal matching
-
Transparent monitoring aligned with global ESG frameworks
-
Long-term stewardship and adaptive management

Urban habitats
We help cities thrive by weaving biodiversity into the fabric of urban development. From climate-resilient planting and sustainable drainage (SuDS) to pollinator-friendly green spaces, we work with developers to create nature-rich urban habitats that boost wellbeing, property value and footfall.

What we offer:
-
Intelligent landscape design to meet planning requirements
-
Green infrastructure delivering urban cooling, cleaner air and stormwater management
-
Climate resilient planting, with tree selection tailored to your site and future warming scenarios. Our science-led planting schemes improve establishment rates and long-term survival, cutting replacement and maintenance costs.
-
Community storytelling, stakeholder engagement and monitoring dashboards
-
Ongoing maintenance and training to sustain thriving green spaces

Capacity Building
We build the skills, systems and partnerships needed to sustain long-term nature-positive action. We embed knowledge transfer in every project, empowering local teams, communities and organisations to manage and grow their own capacity.

We work with conservation institutions and botanic gardens to bring science and creativity to the fore. We help them evolve into contemporary biodiversity institutions, equipped to meet today’s climate challenges and to engage communities with the urgency of nature-positive action.

What we offer:
-
Training by world-leading horticultural staff at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The Kew Method
Where there are areas identified as being suitable for nature gain, we will deploy the Kew Method toolkit, a unique framework created by scientists at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Rooted in science for planning and delivering ecosystem restoration, the Kew Method spans the entire lifetime of a project. It covers not just design and implementation, but also crucial capacity building and monitoring phases to ensure the longevity of restored ecosystems. The scientific rigour that the toolkit brings provides credibility and transparency to projects, allowing integration with natural capital accounting and payment for ecosystem service frameworks if desired. It is our blueprint for nature-positive impact.

01. Baseline Assessment
We begin with rigorous ecological diagnostics - vegetation surveys, soil and hydrology profiling, biodiversity inventories - to inform targeted interventions and success metrics.
04. Restoration Implementation
Our teams coordinate planting, soil improvement, invasive species control, and hydrological adjustments, ensuring practical alignment with the ecological plan.

07. Capacity Building
We embed training and knowledge transfer in every project, developing local capability to steward and sustain restored ecosystems.
02. Habitat & Species Design
Using proprietary data from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and global research networks, we create site-specific restoration plans that optimise biodiversity, climate resilience and cultural relevance.
05. Monitoring & Evaluation
We embed transparent, data-driven monitoring frameworks that track biodiversity gains, carbon performance, and ecosystem health over time. Our reporting aligns with frameworks like TNFD and supports investor-grade ESG disclosure.
03. Nursery development & propagation
Leveraging the Millennium Seed Bank and global best practices, we manage seed collection, bulking, nursery development and propagation protocols to ensure the availability of genetically diverse, locally appropriate planting stock.
06. Modelling on wellbeing
We use spatial, ecological, and social data to assess how biodiversity enhancements translate to human wellbeing - such as improved air quality, flood resilience, and mental health. This helps clients understand the social value of restoration investments and strengthens stakeholder engagement.
